So I stop at the local grocery store - and happen to come to the toy aisle, which the store so conveniently stocks next to the cereal... Gee thanks - If I would have had the little ones with me I probably would have avoided this aisle all together. A set of jacks catches my eye - which by the way are so uncool that kids don't even know what jacks are nowadays. I check out the slinkys then on to the glowdraw which is a revised version of the old plastic over black "chalkboard" with plastic "pen" to write then lift the plastic to erase. Then it catches my eye... a bright green disk shooter. Little enough for a toddler's hand and soft discs. 88 cents. I decided on the little plastic ponies with neon hair. Figure they can go with the two Big plastic ponies that cost well over five bucks each. I arrive home with the surprise - both children did the happy dance... never new happiness was so cheap!
