Not the Prom Queen

Along with my many Superwoman talents of fixing computers, I also train on IT stuff.

This past year I was assigned with training a backup trainer. Not a very enthusiastic candidate by the way.

Recently we had this conversation...

Me: How many trainings have you sat in on? (counting in my head)
Backup trainee: None I think.
Me: You've sat in on a few...
Backup trainee: I think one, but obviously I don't remember
Me: So how many more sit-ins til you'll be ready?
Backup trainee: Not sure
Me: Ok what about XYZ program - you've sat in on many of those.
Backup trainee: Are you leaving the company?
Me: Ummm, no...

I don't think she's ready to train.

{deep sigh}...
