Not the Prom Queen

So how big does a spider have to be before its considered a "big" spider? And do you measure a spider by the body only or by circumference of the spider including its legs?

Where'd this come from? I had a 20 minute round with the biggest spider I've every seen. Damn thing wouldn't die! So much for "Kills Spiders in seconds" damn bug spray! No, I'm not an advocate of killing God's creatures and all that - but when you've gone through your child being bitten by a spider (suspected brown recluse, no doubt) - emergency room, antibiotics, incision for draining, packing, skin dying, scars.... well, you get my point. Anyhow - according to my hubby, it wasn't a "big" spider. Hmmm, could've fooled me.
